Fantastic Place!

"The condo was fantastic - very clean and comfortable. The community was very quiet. There was plenty of room for our party of 5. Beds (including sofa sleeper) were super comfortable. The view was excellent - we loved the sunroom overlooking the golf course! And the location was perfect. We were less than 5 minutes from the main highway! I can't say enough good things about Fairways 11-3!

"We enjoyed our stay in your condo. No problems. I would recommend grab bars in bathroom for safety in getting out of shower. Other than that, everything was o.k. We found it to be very quiet.

"This condo was the right choice for our family of five. It was just the right size and in a great location. The space was clean and looked just like the pictures. My whole family wants to stay in this exact spot when we return to Branson. Thanks for a great stay!

when a problem is not a problem

"Lets start with there were 3 ladies over 70 staying there. The place was exactly as the photos showed. Very nice, comfortable. First morning we couldn't figure out how to get the Keurig to work. The second morning decided to try to make pot of coffee in safe machine but no filters. I texted the office and they said they would have someone come over right away to bring us some. A gentleman came within 15 minutes with coffee filters and we asked him to show us mow to use the Keurig. He worked on it for awhile and determined it was not our old age, the darn thing was broken. Within minutes he was back with a new machine, set it up, showed us how to use it and we had coffee. It is not just is the property as shown, it is how these little problems are handled. Our little problem was handled with gold standard service. Thanks again for helping with our stay.

"The location is perfect. Easy access to all of the major (and minor) attractions. We found the rental unit to be in impeccable condition. Very nicely decorated and most importantly, clean! The rental process and the communication throughout our stay was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, Christian detailed and decorated USA theme

"We LOVED our condo! Loved the cleanliness, Attentive communication with owners, Everything we desired and needed was in place. The Sunroom walkout from the Master bedroom was quiet and a beautiful scene overlooking the golf course as we enjoyed coffee and quiet time with Jesus before leaving to enjoy our plans in Branson. We will stay at this property next time we visit!!

"House overall was great for a non wheelchair user. However, it was listed as an accessible house for wheelchair users. The only thing that made it accessible was it was on the ground level with no stairs. The doors to the bathrooms were too narrow for a wheelchair to go through, the bed was too high to transfer without help, the floors were all carpeted which is very hard to maneuver a wheelchair on, the bathroom sink was not open underneath which makes it impossible to get to the sink in a chair, etc. Another concern I had is the back door had a coded lock on it making the front door the only way in and out, which would be a fire code violation in Illinois but mainly not good for a wheelchair user in case of an emergency.

"Really enjoyed our time in Branson. Condo was very clean and quiet. Even decorated for fall which was beautiful. Plenty of room and had what we needed for fixing breakfast. Location was close to strip and easy to get to.

"The only problem was the TV. We could only fined recorded channels and could not turn up the volume. Also, it needs grab bars for the tub and showers. Other than that it was a beautiful place. We have stayed many of times in these Condo’s over the years.

"This property was close the Brandon’s main strip. The unit was very clean, decorated nicely, smelled good and was quiet. The check in and out process was easy and the rental had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend in Branson. I would recommend this rental to family and friends.

"Our unit was gorgeous....perfectly cleaned and even decorated for the holidays. We loved everything about it including the walk in level (1st floor). There are no elevators so if you have mobility issues be sure to get a 1st floor unit. I highly recommend this property!

"the Condo was centrally located to the main strip. It was clean with almost everything you needed there. Have rented it at least 3 times and enjoyed it very much. The only downside was the master bedroom tub shower whirlpool combination. Having higher sides makes it a little difficult to get in or out of. the ticket offers with the rental worked really well. I will rent from you again but maybe a different condo to meet my needs.
