Best stocked kitchen we have had. Air conditioner kept up great with the high temperatures. Open floor plan, but they provide TV’s in each bedroom, so you could still get away from noise if needed. No boat/trailer parking. Just mentioning because the public boat ramp has two parking lots and they let us keep our truck and trailer parked there all week for $5. Public launch is just down the hill. Baxter marina was fantastic. Lots of people to help with docking, gas and so forth. The house management people were great at answering our questions and making changes if needed. Great house for a family!
