I understand that some of the following are not under the control of the company, but these are the main issues I had while staying there. 1. There’s no list of the TV channels available and no instructions telling how to find the on-screen list, so it took a while to figure it all out. 2. All of the flooring is made of wood (in the room and outside). I can understand that they wanted a woodsy, rustic motif, but when people walk on wood floors it makes a lot more noise than on cement/concrete. And in the case of the room I was in, there’s a room above, and worse than that, the steps that go up to the third floor are right next to the wall. And to make matters even worse, for a couple of days, the room on the other side of me had a family with three small children and a large dog that barked a lot! Now, I did like some of the amenities, and definitely appreciated the tickets. I’m not saying that I wouldn’t stay there again, but there’s a good chance that I’ll choose another place.
